The Diary is where you note anything worth flagging that doesn't fit a checklist, such as issues, concerns or observations.

## Steps

1. Go to Manage > Logs > Diary, or navigate to the Diary from the Records section.

2. Type your note in the text box, describing what happened.

4. Tap Save Diary Entry to add it to today's diary.

5. Your entry appears under Previous Entries, along with your name and the date.

Use the Diary for things that aren't covered by a checklist, such as a late delivery, a faulty piece of equipment, or an unusual incident.

Diary entries are dated and attributed to whoever wrote them, so managers can see who reported what and when.

You can add as many entries as you need in a day - there's no limit to how many notes you can log.
